Surged Faces

Assalamualaikum

Er dan mengupdate blog for that matter =p. Indian food with Su Yeon and Da Yeong. Tapi entah kenapa nasi beryani otsal macam tak berapa masak sikit tadi.

Kami cerita tentang zaman kanak-kanak. Tentang sekolah. Tentang ape entah lagi. Topik yang menarik dikupas. Korean people and appearance.

They are used to pretty faces. Thus perempuan yang biasa nampak macam terlalu biasa. Tapi dari cara Su Yeon jawab, I came to understand that the whole thing is not a question of individual insecurity or self-esteem or greed. Lebih kepada society problem. Appearance plays a key role in korean society. If your face doesn't naturally give out charm and good impression, then you should be worried about your future. Obviously bila ada dua orang yang attend one interview, the one with better look has more chance to succeed. It's not the person, it's the society. I guess the saying "don't judge the book by its cover" macam cuma akan tertinggal di mulut manusia. Tak akan lagi sampai ke hati.

I am not stunningly pretty but I am perfectly happy with the way I look. That is what I firmly told them.

Alhamdulillah

Assalamualaikum
