Up-close and Personal

Assalamualaikum

Aik tiba-tiba. Ayat intro yang tak ada kaitan langsung dengan post. Or dengan apa-apa pun for that matter. Saya cuma sedang mendengar lagu 가슴이 어떻게 됐나 봐 pada waktu ni :p.

Beberapa minggu lepas bila some students dari course mana entah said that "a team of engineer is not a good team because they are not business-minded" or something along that line, saya hurriedly looked at the girl next to me who is a civil engineering major and sent her a mental message that I disapprove that statement. Beberapa hari lepas, waktu saya sedang buat reading assignment involving an article of how important innovation is in business nowadays, penulis tersebut menyamakan teaching managers the dynamics of innovation to teaching the elephants how to dance. And I laughed at that. Honestly, while managers make fun of how engineers are not business-minded, engineers make fun of how managers are not creative or innovative. Tapi tapi tapi, cikgu saya kata a lot of the lecturers over at the business school of our university have bachelor degrees in engineering. Turned out lots of engineering-graduated people got their MBAs and started out their own companies.

Sedang menolong Hanim menyiapkan portfolio padahal portfolio saya pun tak siap-siap. Portfolio itu leceh tahu. Kena struggle berfikir nak isi apa kat mana. Hanim pun kata beliau dah nak muntah buat portfolio tersebut. Kan dah kata. Leceh kemain.

Eh eh. Hari ni tiba-tiba berasa nak berbuka dengan telur puyuh rebus. Kena ke kedai ni.
